Definition of Service & Scope of Provision

The Body Map 100 Program operated by Senterra is a personalized dietary coaching and 1:1 online consulting service based on the close tracking and observation of an individual's lifestyle and eating habits.

The scope of the provided services includes the following:

— 1:1 Initial Zoom Consultation (1–2 Hours) and additional deep-dive sessions as required.
— Comprehensive observation of dietary habits and provision of customized nutrition guidelines.
— Dietary behavior coaching and 1:1 real-time communication via WhatsApp.
— Systematic tracking of fasting glucose, weight, and baseline energy variables with structured lifestyle feedback.

Coaching is conducted via real-time dedicated communication tailored to key daily touchpoints such as waking up, meals, and sleep, providing continuous guidance from daily food choices to immediate physiological response feedback.

IMPORTANT NOTICE (Medical Disclaimer): Senterra provides a personalized wellness coaching program and does not constitute medical practice, medical diagnosis, or prescription. This service is not intended to treat, cure, or substitute for professional clinical medical advice.

* To maintain the highest standard of personalized care, enrollment is strictly limited to a maximum of 5 clients per month.

Commitment & Program Participation Conditions

The Senterra program does not guarantee specific numerical, physiological, or weight-loss outcomes. Results vary heavily depending on individual commitment, biological baselines, and lifestyle execution.

Senterra provides continuous coaching and feedback throughout the designated period to guide the client toward their health goals, provided that the client diligently fulfills the following active program participation guidelines:

▣ Program Participation Requirements

✓  Active and consistent daily communication via WhatsApp (minimum of 5 times per day, structured around wake-up, meals, and sleep milestones).
✓  Consistent and systematic daily logging of biological data (weight, fasting glucose, and fatigue/energy levels).
✓  Adherence to the baseline health guidelines established during the initial Zoom consultation.

If the client has fulfilled all participation requirements diligently yet both parties evaluate that the initial program duration was insufficient to solidify the framework, additional coaching extensions may be provided upon mutual written or digital agreement.

Service Period

The standard duration of the Body Map 100 Program is 100 days.

Any adjustments, temporary pauses, or extensions to this service period must be formally evaluated and mutually agreed upon by both parties via written or official digital communication channels.

Payment & Contract Formation

Fees for the service are provided individually following the initial inquiry. The service agreement becomes legally binding upon the successful completion of the payment.

The service commencement date is calculated strictly based on the definitions outlined in Section 05 (Cancellation and Refund Policy).

Senterra reserves the right to withhold the commencement of services if the required fees are not settled in full prior to the scheduled start date. Senterra shall not be held liable for any program delays resulting from payment gaps.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund requests must be formally submitted through official communication channels (WhatsApp or Email) where a verifiable record is maintained. The eligibility and refund amount will be calculated based strictly on the timestamp of the request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days following formal review and verification. Senterra will notify the client immediately if any legitimate compliance disputes delay this timeline.

Definition of Service Commencement
"Service Commencement" is strictly defined as the exact time Senterra transmits the initial digital onboarding materials (including dietary history questionnaires or metabolic analysis forms) to the client. This preparatory phase is an integral part of the personalized service, and all refund timelines are calculated from this date forward.

Personalized Services Waiver of Withdrawal
This program is a highly customized, personalized digital consulting service where custom analysis and resource allocation begin immediately upon contract execution. By completing the payment and initiating the onboarding phase, the client acknowledges and consents to the immediate execution of the service and agrees that the standard consumer right of withdrawal/cancellation may be limited once digital assets or personalized materials have been delivered.

Service Suspension & Liability Disclaimer

Senterra reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the contract prematurely without a refund under the following circumstances:

— The client repeatedly fails to consistently log required biological data, including fasting glucose, weight, and daily energy/condition levels without a valid reason.
— The client fails to respond to daily communication for 3 consecutive days, processed under the following non-response protocol:
     ① Day 1 of Non-Response: A courtesy reminder message is sent via WhatsApp.
     ② Day 2 of Non-Response: A formal warning notice regarding potential service suspension is issued.
     ③ Day 3 of Non-Response: Service is terminated and the contract is considered void. No refund will be issued for the remaining unused period.
— The client loses contact entirely for more than 7 consecutive days or fails to disclose pre-existing medical conditions that could interfere with safe program participation. (*) Senterra may recommend that clients consult a qualified medical professional for a health assessment prior to commencing the program.

Senterra shall not be held liable for variations in outcomes resulting from individual differences in body composition, biological baselines, or the client's level of execution and commitment.

Privacy & Data Handling

Senterra collects and processes personal information (including name, contact details, weight, body composition variables, and meal photographs) strictly for the purpose of delivering personalized coaching. All data handling complies with our strict Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement that cannot be settled through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Seoul, South Korea.

Amendments to Terms

Senterra reserves the right to modify these Terms. Any changes will be notified via Email or WhatsApp at least 7 days prior to enforcement.

For amendments that materially disadvantage the client, a formal notice will be issued 30 days in advance. Clients disagreeing with the changes reserve the right to terminate their contract before enforcement.

Age Restriction

Users must be at least 18 years of age to independently register for this service. Minors under the age of 18 require the explicit verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
