Service Terms
Definition of Service & Scope of Provision
The Body Map 100 Program operated by AFOA STUDIO under SENTERRA is a personalized dietary coaching and 1:1 online consulting service based on the close tracking and observation of an individual's lifestyle and eating habits.
The scope of the provided services includes the following:
— 1:1 Initial Zoom Consultation (1–2 Hours) and additional deep-dive sessions as required.
— Comprehensive observation of dietary habits and provision of customized nutrition guidelines.
— Dietary behavior coaching and 1:1 real-time communication via WhatsApp.
— Systematic tracking of fasting glucose, weight, and baseline energy variables with structured lifestyle feedback.
Coaching is conducted via real-time dedicated communication tailored to key daily touchpoints such as waking up, meals, and sleep, providing continuous guidance from daily food choices to immediate physiological response feedback.

* To maintain the highest standard of personalized care,
enrollment is strictly limited to a
maximum of 5 clients per month.
Commitment & Program Participation Conditions
The SENTERRA program does not guarantee specific numerical, physiological, or weight-loss outcomes. Results vary depending on individual commitment, biological baselines, and lifestyle execution.
SENTERRA provides continuous coaching and feedback throughout the designated period, provided that the client fulfills the following active program participation guidelines:
▣ Program Participation Requirements
✓ Active and consistent daily communication via WhatsApp.
✓ Consistent daily logging of biological data including weight, fasting glucose, and fatigue or energy levels.
✓ Adherence to the baseline health guidelines established during the initial consultation.
If the client has fulfilled all participation requirements diligently yet both parties evaluate that the initial program duration was insufficient to solidify the framework, additional coaching extensions may be provided upon mutual written or digital agreement.
Service Period
The standard duration of the Body Map 100 Program is 100 days.
Any adjustments, temporary pauses, or extensions to this service period must be mutually agreed upon through written or official digital communication channels.
Payment & Contract Formation
Fees for the service are provided individually following the initial inquiry. The service agreement becomes legally binding upon the successful completion of payment.
The service commencement date is calculated based on the definitions outlined in Section 05.
AFOA STUDIO reserves the right to withhold commencement of the SENTERRA service if the required fees are not settled in full prior to the scheduled start date.

Refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels where a verifiable record is maintained.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days following formal review and verification.
Definition of Service Commencement
“Service Commencement” is defined as the time SENTERRA transmits
the initial digital onboarding materials, including dietary history
questionnaires or metabolic analysis forms, to the client.
Service Suspension & Liability Disclaimer
AFOA STUDIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate the SENTERRA service where the client repeatedly fails to provide the information or participation reasonably required for delivery of the program.
This may include repeated failure to log required biological data, prolonged absence from agreed communication, or failure to disclose information that may materially affect safe participation in the program.
AFOA STUDIO shall not be held liable for variations in SENTERRA outcomes resulting from individual differences in body composition, biological baselines, lifestyle conditions, or the client's level of execution and commitment.
Service Terms
Definition of Service & Scope of Provision
The AETHERA Program operated by AFOA STUDIO is a personalized 1:1 Human Design consulting service based on the interpretation and practical application of an individual's Human Design BodyGraph.
The scope of the provided services includes the following:
— Individual Human Design BodyGraph analysis.
— A total of 10 personalized 1:1 consulting sessions.
— Interpretation of individual strengths, recurring patterns, decision-making tendencies, and key Human Design themes.
— Personalized guidance based on topics and circumstances discussed during consultation.
Consultation & Scheduling Conditions
Consultation sessions are scheduled through mutual coordination between the client and AFOA STUDIO.
The client is responsible for providing accurate birth information, including date of birth, birth time, and place of birth, where required for the creation and interpretation of the Human Design BodyGraph.
Changes to an agreed consultation schedule must be coordinated through an official communication channel between both parties.
Service Period
The standard AETHERA Program consists of 10 individual consulting sessions to be completed within approximately 3 months from the service commencement date.
The exact consultation schedule may vary depending on mutual availability. Any adjustment or extension beyond the standard service period must be mutually agreed upon through written or official digital communication.
Any unused sessions remaining after the agreed service period will expire unless an extension has been mutually approved in advance.
Payment & Contract Formation

Definition of Service Commencement
“Service Commencement” is defined as the date on which the client's
first 1:1 AETHERA consultation session is conducted.
All refund timelines are calculated from this date.
Any consultation sessions already completed prior to a refund request are considered delivered services. Where applicable, the value of completed sessions may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Service Suspension & Liability Disclaimer
AFOA STUDIO may suspend or terminate the AETHERA service where the client repeatedly fails to participate in scheduled consultations, provides materially inaccurate information required for the service, or otherwise prevents reasonable delivery of the consulting program.
Human Design consultation is provided as a framework for self-understanding and personal reflection. AFOA STUDIO does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, relationship, or other life outcome resulting from participation in the AETHERA Program.
General Terms
The following terms apply to all services operated by AFOA STUDIO.
Privacy & Data Handling
AFOA STUDIO collects and processes personal information only to the extent necessary for the provision and administration of the selected service. All personal data is handled in accordance with the AFOA STUDIO Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be settled through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Republic of Korea in accordance with applicable law.
Amendments to Terms
AFOA STUDIO reserves the right to modify these Terms to reflect regulatory changes or updates to its services.
Any material amendments affecting the rights of clients will be communicated through the official website, Email, or another appropriate communication channel prior to enforcement.
Age Restriction
Users must be at least 18 years of age to independently register for a service. Minors under the age of 18 require the explicit verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
